DEI ACROSS MARKETING

With over fifteen years of experience showcasing communities of color to ensure brands and companies are representing all audiences in authentic ways and positioning. We are dedicated to inclusivity that honors and empowers black and brown people to feel comfortable being consumers and loyalists across all industries. In addition to Marketing and Communications DEI guidance, we also offer DEI audits to provide consumer research and brand sentiment.

  • Examples of design, campaigns, and events focused on DEI efforts.

  • Redesigning the Office of DEI branding and messaging.

  • Launched an Admissions recruitment campaign targeting the parents and grandparents of Hispanic students.

  • Partnered across the University of California system, Former first lady, Michelle Obama’s charity Reach Higher Initiative, and SAYS. Over 50,000 diverse students across campuses, high schools, and over 50 artists encouraged and showcased pathways to college.
